Andrea Aupperle

Andrea Aupperle serves as a Personal Account Manager on Elim’s Personal Lines team, bringing extensive knowledge in personal home and auto insurance. She holds licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health, and earned her bachelor’s degree before beginning her career in insurance.

In her role, Andrea supports clients by quoting and binding new personal insurance policies, servicing existing accounts, and proactively identifying opportunities to ensure individuals and families have the coverage they need. She prides herself on creating a seamless, stress-free experience for clients at every stage.

Andrea’s guiding philosophy—treating everyone with respect and honesty—drives both her client relationships and her work with teammates. She is committed to providing dependable support and clear guidance, helping clients feel confident in their insurance decisions.

Outside of work, Andrea loves traveling to warm destinations, spending time boating at the Lake of the Ozarks, and cheering on her favorite teams: the St. Louis Cardinals and the Green Bay Packers. She and her husband stay busy keeping up with their two kids. 

A fun fact about Andrea: she ran track in high school, and her relay team placed second in the state meet.
