Arlen Edelman

Arlen Edelman helped found Elim Risk Advisors in February 2025 as a Partner and Risk Advisor, bringing deep expertise in enterprise risk advisory, organizational growth strategy, and complex insurance program design. With an associate degree from Illinois Central College and extensive experience in strategic advisory roles, Arlen specializes in guiding middle-market and corporate clients through risk transfer strategy, coverage analysis, and long-term organizational resilience.

In his role, Arlen partners closely with clients to identify, analyze, and manage the risks that influence their operations and future success. He is passionate about helping organizations grow stronger through tailored strategy, collaboration, and a clear, purpose-driven approach to risk. In addition to his client work, Arlen contributes to the leadership and strategic direction of Elim, supporting both team development and organizational vision.

Arlen’s proudest accomplishments include helping clients navigate complex challenges while building lasting, trust-based relationships. His guiding philosophy is rooted in transparency, trust, and a belief that effective risk management should empower opportunity, not limit it.

Outside of work, Arlen enjoys spending time with family and friends, running (including completing multiple marathons), traveling, golfing, and playing basketball. He is actively involved in his community as a Congerville Village Board member and supports causes including St. Jude and CureSMA.

A fun fact about Arlen: he grew up with five sisters and no brothers. He and his wife, Marissa, have been married for 15 years and are proud parents to two daughters, Maren and Sloan.
