Jenna Bolda

As a Personal Lines CSR, Jenna Bolda is dedicated to helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their insurance decisions. She prepares quotes with carriers, processes policy updates and changes, and reviews renewals to ensure accuracy and identify any premium shifts. Jenna’s goal is to make personal insurance feel simple, approachable, and stress-free for every customer she serves.

Jenna makes a meaningful impact through her attention to detail, empathy, and commitment to learning. Earning her Property and Casualty License and beginning her career in insurance are among her proudest accomplishments and are markers of how far she’s come and how passionate she is about helping clients protect what matters most.

Outside of work, Jenna loves spending time with her family, exploring new places, shopping, and enjoying life’s everyday moments with friends. She is also deeply committed to supporting the National MS Society, where she participates in the annual Walk MS event each year by forming her own fundraising team and walking alongside others impacted by the cause.

A fun fact about Jenna: she is also a licensed esthetician and works part-time at a MedSpa on the weekends, combining her love for helping people with her passion for wellness and skincare.
