With over four decades of experience as a licensed Illinois Insurance Producer, Kathy O’Grady brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and reliability to the Personal Lines team at Elim Risk. Having served clients since 1984—and joining Elim in 2025 after more than 20 years with FCIC—Kathy has built her career on one core principle: truly listening. She believes the best insurance solutions come from understanding each client’s unique concerns and offering guidance grounded in both expertise and care.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, Kathy specializes in helping individuals and families navigate their insurance needs with confidence. She takes pride in addressing customer concerns, identifying opportunities for potential premium savings, and ensuring every client feels supported and well-informed. Her calm, steady presence and extensive industry experience make her a trusted partner for clients and teammates alike.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She is also known for her generous heart, often helping elderly relatives and neighbors with projects or day-to-day needs. And for those who know her well, it’s no surprise that Kathy has a soft spot for her furry friends, who bring extra joy into her life.
