Kyla Knapp

Kyla Knapp serves as a part-time Account Support Specialist, bringing organization, reliability, and heart to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the team moving forward. Kyla assists with various projects and detailed tasks that ensure everything runs smoothly. She loves being the person her team can count on—the steady support that helps others stay focused on the bigger picture.

Kyla’s guiding philosophy is simple but powerful: take care of the small things so her teammates can do big things well. Her dependability, humility, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her an invaluable part of the Elim team.

Outside of work, Kyla enjoys spending time with her husband and their four daughters. She loves traveling, opening her home to friends and family, and creating meaningful moments with the people she loves most. She also volunteers and drives a bus for LifeWise Academy and enjoys helping at her children’s school whenever she can.

A personal note about Kyla: her faith is central to her life. She is deeply grateful for Jesus and His sacrifice on the cross, and her relationship with Him shapes her purpose, her perspective, and the way she serves others every day.
